After two years of being together only virtually through our Stay Connected Program, it was high time for the participants in our virtual “Stay Connected” program to meet in-person, and what is a better way than coming together for a walk in one of Toronto’s most beautiful parks, the James Gardens. “This has been a morning of fun, that is good for the mind, body and soul,” says Susan. “We are very grateful to Kassandra Prus, our wonderful yoga and mindfulness instructor who decided to volunteer her time and talents to create and coordinate the “Stay Connected” Walking Club.
