Cooking – How to Make Meat Pasta

Join us for a fun, hands-on pasta workshop led by our expert pasta maker and volunteer, Assunta, who has been making pasta asa child. She’ll guide you through mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh dough before cutting it into long, silky strands of spaghetti. You’ll learn simple, traditional techniques, pick up family tips for perfect texture, and enjoy a tasty portion freshly made spaghetti with a classic meat sauce during the session. You’ll also take home your own batch of dough so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen. Come discover the joy of Italian cooking – simple, delicious, and full of tradition.
