Join us for a fun, hands-on pasta workshop led by our expert pasta maker and volunteer, Assunta, who has been crafting homemade pasta since childhood. She’ll guide you through mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh dough before cutting it into long, silky strands of spaghetti. You’ll learn simple, traditional techniques, pick up family tips for perfect texture, and enjoy a tasty portion freshly made spaghetti with a classic meat sauce during the session.
